On top of the Big Five, HEXACO adds a sixth factor, H (Honesty-Humility), capturing sincerity and the absence of manipulation, greed and self-promotion — a dimension found to have unique value in predicting antisocial and exploitative behaviour. Fully public domain and free for commercial use.
